Uluru bistro is the creation of Dean & Sara Coppard, after meeting on Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia the pair decided to move to Northern Ireland. After a successful post as Head Chef at Yellow Door’s flagship restaurant, the couple opened Uluru Bistro in 2005 to critical acclaim.
