Armando Barcaro et sa fille Caroline sont à la tête de ce restaurant qui s'est installé à Soumagne en 1990 après près de 15 ans passé à Olne . La spécialité de la maison ayant fait sa renommée, la Plume du chef, est un plat gratiné de pennes à la viande, champignons, béchamel et sauce tomate.
