İstanbul'un Anadolu Yakası'nda bulunan Maltepe ilçesine bağlı 18 mahalleden biridir. İdari sınırlarına bakıldığında kuzeyinde Kadıköy ilçesine bağlı Bostancı, güneyinde Maltepe ilçesine bağlı Küçükyalı; doğusunda Aydınevler mahalleleri ile komşudur. Batısında ise Marmara Denizi'ne kıyısı vardır.
