Das Hans-Sachs-Haus wurde zwischen 1924 und 1927 vom Essener Architekten Alfred Fischer errichtet. Ursprünglich war das Haus multifunktional (Büros, Hotel, Gastronomie, Ladenlokale, Konzertsaal u.w.) geplant; es wurde schon bald nach seiner Fertigstellung zentraler Verwaltungssitz der Stadt.

The Hans-Sachs-Haus (HSH) is a landmark building in Gelsenkirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, constructed between 1924 and 1927.
