Corría el año de 1974 cuando su fundador "Pancho" empezó a sentir el reto y la posibilidad de explotar esta antigüa receta familiar para preparar "pollo asado", así fue como el lunes 6 de enero de 1975 se inaugura en el entonces pequeño pueblo de Guasave, Sinaloa el primer pollo loco del mundo.
