Millicent Library is a community library and nationally registered historic place in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. It was donated to Fairhaven by the family of Millicent Gifford Rogers, the youngest daughter of Abbie Gifford and wealthy industrialist Henry Huttleston Rogers.
