Der Bundesplatz ist ein Verkehrsknotenpunkt im Süden des Ortsteils Wilmersdorf und Mittelpunkt des Kiezes an der Grenze zum Ortsteil Friedenau. Er wurde 1875 unter dem Namen Straßburger Platz angelegt. Als Zeichen der Zugehörigkeit Berlins zur Bundesrepublik erhielt er 1950 den heutigen Namen.
