An der Bösebrücke wurde die innerstädtische Grenze am 9.11.1989 geöffnet. Große Transparente und Schrifttafeln sowie in den Boden eingelassene Stahlbänder erinnern an die Zeitabläufe, die an diesem Tag aufeinander folgten. Die noch erhaltene Begrenzungsmauer wurde in die Platzgestaltung integriert.
