The Full Moon Party is an all-night beach party that originated in Haad Rin on the island of Ko Pha-ngan, Thailand in 1985. The party takes place on the night of, before, or after every full moon. In 2010, The Guardian described it as "the largest beach rave in the world". (Wikipedia)
