Mill Pond Park

Mill Pond Park, at 54 acres, is the largest of the Saline community parks. It remains an ever-popular destination in the city, hosting a multitude of events each year. The park is located on the north side of Michigan Avenue, directly across from Curtiss Park.

Mill Pond Park is a public park in the New York City borough of the Bronx. It was built to compensate for the loss of parkland resulting from the construction of new Yankee Stadium between 2006 and 2009. The park's name was inspired by a dam near the site of a creek that emptied into the Harlem River. (Wikipedia)
